Using quizzes or other forms of interactive content is one of the best ways to engage with your audience and create a memorable, irresistible experience. So I’d like to briefly talk about how to make a Facebook quiz. Luckily, there are some great ways to get started today!
Quizzes, polls, surveys and other related tools provide us with a variety of insights and data on our customers. We can use this information to build new offers, find new customers and improve our business over time.
Of course the applications for creating Facebook quizzes are fantastic for businesses, blogs and websites and entrepreneurs, but it can also be a fun social tool to use with your friends, fans or contact list.
So let’s jump in and talk about some of my favorite tools for making beautiful and engaging Facebook quizzes.

1. Facebook (free)
A Great Place to Start With, Simple & Straightforward
Maybe no surprise here, but did you know that you can actually make online quizzes within Facebook itself? It’s actually pretty straightforward and totally free.
After signing up, you’ll be able to customize unique quizzes, publish them instantly and track your results and key performance indicators (KPIs). The features allow you to share the quizzes in many ways. You can
- Post the quiz on your Facebook page
- Share it with your friends on your timeline
- Message it to your contacts
- Upload it onto a website you run
For businesses, this is a perfect tool to better understand your audience and prospects. Also, when you visit the page and start the process, you’ll have tutorials available for watching should you want any extra help or guidance.
There is also another option that’s integrated directly within Facebook. It’s called Quiz Planet. Similar to Facebook’s native app, this allows users and businesses to create free games, quizzes and engaging content that is directly connected with their Facebook page/profile.
So definitely go and check out these cool, totally free Facebook tools!
But, what if you want more functionality and more options, such as making polls, chat bots, giveaways, surveys and calculators? Well this brings me to my number two recommendation below.

4. Quillionz (free option)
AI Powered & Great For eLearning and Educational Quizzes
Quillionz platform is more tech-heavy in its approach and is focused on building powerful quizzes and assessments for educational purposes. It uses AI and machine learning to assist with making powerful, keyword rich content and quizzes.
Despite it’s advanced approach, the software has a completely free option that lets you use the platform and make simple quizzes and assessments. And the next plan higher (Quillionz Pro) is only $9.99/month. With the free account, you can:
- Generate multiple-choice, true/false, short answers and fill-in type questions

Also, with the free account, there is no credit card required to sign up. This should solve any hesitation if you’re curious about testing out this platform – especially if your objectives are educational or related to training.
Making a quiz for your Facebook posts, ads or marketing efforts can be done quite easily nowadays. There are a variety of platforms available online that all provide effective solutions. And finding the best fit for your objectives doesn’t need to be a difficult process.
As outlined above, different quiz-building platforms serve different purposes and will therefore offer different features. Depending on your objectives (or budget), you can choose which software will best suit your needs.
To summarize the main points, if you’re a business or marketer looking for a strategic option with powerful tracking metrics, templates and value-adding bonuses, then check out Outgrow. And if your pursuits are still business or marketing oriented, but you’d prefer something more minimal, then check out Fyrebox.
But if you’re just getting started and only want to set up some simple, straightforward quizzes (whether for business, marketing or casual social purposes), then take a look at Facebook’s native app.
And finally, if you’d like a platform that offers a more educational or training approach, then head over to Quillionz and check out their AI powered software options.
Of course, there are a multitude of other softwares available (and I will continually update this post as I research and test them out), but try not to get too overwhelmed with all the choices. Most are decent options and/or come with free trials.
And if you decide to go with one of the recommendations in this post, then I can promise you that you’ll be in good hands. So happy quiz-making and thanks for reading!
Let me know in the comments if you’ve had any experience with these platforms or if you have any other quiz builder suggestions – we would love to hear!
